1) Read the installation instructions before installation;

    2) Install according to the steps and requirements of the instructions. According to the direction of opening the door, choose the installation size of the installation template or installation drawing that we provide for you.

    3) After installation, check whether the fixing screw is tightened or not, and there should be no loosening or unstable phenomenon.

    4) Open the door to the maximum opening position and check whether the winch arm of the door closer collides with the door or the door frame and rubs.

    5) All speed and force settings of the door closer have been set in the normal state at the time of leaving the factory. If you need to adjust, adjust the speed control valve and the door force as required until satisfactory.

    6) Attention: All speed control valves shall not exit (or be higher than) the main surface of the shutter, in order to avoid the valve falling off under pressure, causing hydraulic oil ejection, causing damage to the shutter and unable to operate normally.

    7) Suggestion: The newly installed door closer should be tightened again for about 7 to 10 days. If necessary, professional installers should install it.
